  • what should I talk about on social media?
  • how do Facebook and Instagram ads and reels work?
  • how to use LinkedIn for lead generation?

This course is open to RBKC residents only!

Limited spaces are available for residents of surrounding boroughs.

The course will be delivered via zoom over 2 days with a total of 11 hours.

Attendance at the entire course is mandatory.

11.35 am – 12.30 pm & 1.00 pm – 2.00 pm: Emma Pearce – Marketing Consultant

What social media channels are right for my business? – 2 hours

  • What are my options? Which is appropriate?

  • What analytics / measurement / insights do they offer?

  • Ideas for content and demystifying hashtags 
  • Best practice for creating engaging content 
  • Top tips and free tools for creating images and video 

Wednesday 3rd May

1.35 pm – 2.30 pm: R. A. Williams – Business Coach

Evaluating your learning and goals, next steps, and networking

Each session will be recorded in order for all attendees to have the opportunity to watch it again later, except for the first and the last session with R. A. Williams. These two sessions will be delivered as ‘Zoom meetings’ and will provide learners with the chance to switch their video on to encourage interaction.

In addition, all participants will be entitled to one-to-one support with an expert of their choice, only after full participation in the entire course.

Attendance is FREE – this course is fully-funded by RBKC’s Adult Learning Service (ALS) from GLA Adult Education Budget at £250 per person. All registrants are encouraged to make a contribution of £10 (or £5 if claiming any form of benefits) to secure their place on the course and to help PBC run more courses in the future.
