This workshop will uncover the secrets about how to prepare a successful business plan and it will help you to:

• Hit and exceed your goals
• Focus and plan your business journey
• Check viability – avoid expensive mistakes
• Use all this information to write a simple but effective business plan

When: on Thursday 10th December 2020, 3pm – 4pm. This workshop is open to all residents of RBKC, Westminster, Brent, and Hammersmith & Fulham.

• Preparation and research
• Content required – what goes into the plan?
• Where to get the information
• How to physically produce your plan
