The Environmental Health Training Service has two new additions to its range of e-learning programmes. These courses are Covid-19 Secure for Offices and Covid-19 Secure for Retail.

For those working in Offices, the course covers:  Coronavirus, risk assessment (handwashing, seating arrangements, surfaces), getting to work (travelling there and moving around the premises), common areas, working and meeting with people internally and externally, cleaning (before, during and after the working day), face and body coverings, deliveries, accidents and incidents, and raising concerns.

For Retail environments, the course covers all the above, plus: Working with customers, handling goods, fitting rooms, handling money, point of service, and managing queues (inside and outside the premises).

Learners can download a certificate of completion and organisations will have an option to download and display an organisation certificate.
