The Council’s Environmental Health Training Service has a range of e-learning  courses,  in addition to our full qualification courses at www.rbkc.gov.uk/compliance-training.

Short courses include: Covid-19 Secure for Offices, Retail, and Hospitality; Display Screen Equipment; Emergency First Aid; Equality and Diversity; GDPR; Managing Conflict; Introductions to Bribery, Fraud and Money Laundering.

Longer courses: CPD training, written leading experts, available by e-learning course meets almost all the mandatory training requirements. The exception is if you need to apply for a Personal Licence to sell or authorise the sale of alcohol. The courses have been accredited by Highfield Qualifications. Subjects include: Food Safety Levels 1, 2 and 3;Health and Safety Levels 1,2 and 3; Care Certificate Level 2; Fire Safety Levels 1 and 2; Warehouse and Storage Awareness; and, Paediatric First Aid.
