From central government
The Government’s Additional Restrictions Grant (ARG) Omicron Fund. This is administered for RBKC businesses by the Council. Applications close Thursday 10 February 2022 at 5pm.
The Government’s Omicron Hospitality and Leisure Grant scheme. This is administered for RBKC businesses by the Council. Applications close Monday 14 March 2022 at 5.30pm.
The government has produced a video on COVID-19 support schemes – declaring your grants on your Company Tax Return (CT600).
From DUK: The North Kensington Premises & Equipment Fund
DUK is principle contractor at the Grenfell Tower site. DUK wishes to support VCS organisations which need to make improvements to their premises, to enable them to improve the services and activities offered to local residents. These improvements could include minor structural works, painting and decorating, new fixtures, fittings and certain higher-value items (e.g. kitchen appliances, IT/office equipment).
- Funding of between £1k – £15k per organisation is available from DUK for Voluntary and Community Sector (VCS) organisations occupying premises in North Kensington.

From Deutsche bank: cash prize fund
There is a cash prize fund of £60,000 Shared amongst five winners. How much awarded per winner is not fixed but assessed on a case-by-case basis. Apply here. Deadline March 31st, with information events between Jan – March 2022
From FSB – 10% discount on FSB membership
FSB membership provides a whole host of supporting including a 24/7 legal advice line to built-in legal and tax insurance. Membership discount expires 11.59pm on Friday 4 February. Go here.
From City of London’s Small Business Research Enterprise Centre: Samuel Wilson’s Loan Trust
The Trust offers loans to people aged 39 and under who have recently set up business or are about to engage in a trade, manufacture, business or profession and who are experiencing financial difficulty or another disadvantage. For more information see here.
