START-UPS - The Enterprise Club will give people who want to set up their own businesses the chance to share experiences and access professional advice that they might not otherwise be able to afford.

Magda is the founder and director of The Changing Factor, luxury leather goods label based in London with a bold, architectural aesthetic and a passion for empowering women.With a background in architecture and accessories design, having graduated from London College of Fashion, Magda worked for a few years in the industry with names like Bill Amberg, Roksanda Ilincic and Cristopher Kane before beginning to work on her own label in 2015.Some of the achievements with The Changing Factor since the official launch in July 2016 are acquiring over fifteen stockists in ten different countries in Europe, North America and Australia, getting featured in The Telegraph, Elle, Cosmopolitan, Idol magazines as well as on various blogs and being selected to participate in the largest free business accelerator in the world, Entrepreneurial Spark ran by Nat West bank. Magda is also working from time to time on selected projects as a fashion design and fashion business consultant.
