- • To be greeted courteously and with efficiency
- • To have any enquiries, problems or needs dealt with efficiently and with the appropriate available information being given to you.
- • To have all sides of the issue or problem presented to you, both good and bad points, so that you can make your own decisions.
- • That the advice given to you will be independent and will be in your best interests
- • To be treated with equal consideration regardless of the size of your business, the nature of your problem and irrespective of race, gender, age or disability
- • That anything you tell us which is of a confidential nature will not be divulged to anyone outside the Portobello Business Centre without your permission.
- • That in return for you, the client, turning up on time or informing us beforehand if you are not able to attend a meeting or course, we will ensure you are seen on the day stipulated and within a maximum of ten minutes of your pre-arranged appointment or course start time.
- • To receive a response to any complaint within five working days or less.
If service falls below these standards, you should contact in writing, The Chief Executive, Portobello Business Centre, at the address below. If you are still not satisfied you can write to a Board Member at the same address (letters received for the Board are always treated as private and confidential and will not be opened by any staff member).
We endeavour to ensure that our services and information are as up-to-date and as accurate as possible.
